Hosting & maintenance retainer
Keeping the thing that matters true — accuracy, privacy, or compliance depending on the system. Hosting, upstream maintenance, and the guarantee held intact through every change. Cancel and you still keep the instance.
Thirty-day handover warranty
Every build ships with thirty days of defect cover, starting the day the instance and its database transfer to you. If something we shipped is broken, we fix it — no charge, no retainer required.
"Broken" includes the promise the system was built on. If a defect lets the operator-blind wall leak, drops the measured accuracy below what we documented, or breaks a compliance check that passed at handover, that is a defect we correct under warranty — not a change you pay for. The architectural guarantee is covered on the same terms as any other bug.
The warranty covers defects in what was delivered. New features, new scope, and changes you decide on after handover are quoted separately — they always were. When the thirty days end, the optional retainer picks up hosting and ongoing maintenance; nothing lapses in between.

What if the scoping audit says no?
You keep the deliverable — the feasibility read, the domain model, the regulatory or privacy findings — and owe nothing further. The audit is useful on its own, which is why we charge for it and credit it to the build if you proceed.
What does the retainer actually cover?
Hosting, upstream maintenance, and keeping the system's core guarantee intact through every change — accuracy, privacy, or compliance depending on which system you own. External and metered costs are passed through as separate capped lines, never absorbed silently.
What happens if I cancel the retainer?
You keep the instance, its database, and every record in it. Cancelling ends hosting and maintenance from us; it does not touch your ownership of the asset.
Is the build price really fixed?
The quote from scoping is the price. Scope changes are decisions you make, not invoices that arrive — a change is quoted before it's built, never after.
What's covered right after handover?
Every build includes a thirty-day defect warranty from the day the instance transfers to you — ordinary bugs and any regression that breaks the system's core guarantee. New features are quoted separately. See Stage 02.5 above.
