Overview
The Site sells one-time digital products — templates, workbooks, and workspaces delivered by download or duplication link. It does not offer subscriptions. Because these are one-time purchases of digital goods, the terms below concern delivery and refunds rather than cancellation of recurring billing.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number.
Delivery
Digital products purchased from Bobb Alexander Solutions are delivered immediately after checkout, via the order confirmation (delivery) page reached after payment, which contains your duplication link and any file downloads.
If you do not receive your delivery within 1 hour of a completed purchase, contact [email protected] with your order details and we will re-send it.
Refunds for Digital Products
Because digital products are duplicable goods, all sales are final once the product has been delivered and accessed (duplicated into your workspace or downloaded). However:
- If a product fails to deliver, we will re-deliver it or refund the purchase in full.
- If a product is materially different from its description, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase describing the discrepancy. We will review the request and, at our reasonable discretion, provide a correction, replacement, or refund.
- Duplicate purchases of the same product made in error are refunded on request.
Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
EU / UK Buyers — Digital Content Withdrawal Right
If you are in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases of digital content — unless you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins. Our checkout asks for exactly that consent before completing your purchase.
If you did not provide that consent and have not accessed the product, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues are resolved within 2 business days. We retain order, delivery, and acknowledgment records (per our Privacy Policy retention schedule) and respond to chargeback claims with those records.
License Reminder
Refund of a digital product terminates the license granted with it. Retaining, using, or redistributing a refunded product violates the product license and these terms. See our Copyright Notice and the Product License provided with each product.
