Bobb Alexander Solutions is committed to making the Site accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe accessible products are better products — for everyone.
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, which defines requirements for making web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. Conforming to WCAG 2.2 AA also satisfies the WCAG 2.1 AA standard referenced by most current US accessibility law.
Conformance Status
The Site partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some content does not yet fully meet the standard. Any known limitations are listed below. We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit; a self-evaluation of the Site’s design and markup has been performed.
Technical Specifications
The Site relies on the following technologies for conformance:

These technologies are used in accordance with their specifications to support accessibility.
Assistive technology testing: Formal assistive-technology testing (screen readers, magnification, keyboard-only navigation) is planned for completion within the next quarter. In the meantime, we welcome reports of any barriers encountered.
Known Limitations
A static self-evaluation of the Site’s design tokens and markup was completed on August 13, 2026. It verified that the skip link, :focus-visible outlines, associated form labels, status roles on form feedback, navigation-toggle ARIA attributes, decorative-image handling, and reduced-motion coverage are all present and correct, and that text on dark surfaces meets contrast requirements. The color-contrast issues identified in that evaluation have since been corrected in the Site’s design tokens.
At present we are aware of the following limitation:

If a feature of the Site is not accessible to you and a fix is not yet available, we will work with you to provide the information or functionality you need through an alternative means. How We Evaluate Accessibility
We assess the Site for accessibility using:
- Self-evaluation: Review of design tokens and markup against WCAG 2.2 AA, including computed color-contrast checks
- User feedback: Reports submitted through the process above
A formal third-party WCAG audit has not yet been conducted. We will update this statement’s conformance status if and when one is completed.
