Why We Publish This
Artificial intelligence is part of how we work — in building our products and writing our content. We think you should know that, specifically.
Vague AI disclaimers have become a compliance checkbox. This is not that. We publish this disclosure because transparency about how we use AI is consistent with how we approach every problem: identify what’s real, document it honestly, and make sure the people affected can see what we’re doing and why.
If you have questions about anything on this page, contact us.
Our Position on AI
We use AI as a tool — one that speeds up work we direct, review, and take responsibility for. AI does not set B&A’s strategic direction, make decisions about clients, or author content that goes out without human review.
Where AI contributed materially to something — a piece of copy, a feature, a piece of code — we document it. The method doesn’t change because the tool is new.
How We Used AI to Build This Site
Written content: The written content on the Site — including page copy, product descriptions, guides, and the legal and policy pages — was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed and edited by a human at Bobb Alexander Solutions before publication.
Where AI contributed to written content, the process was:
- A human defined the purpose, audience, and key points
- AI drafted or assisted with the copy
- A human reviewed, edited, and approved the final version before publication
AI-assisted copy that passes review is held to the same standard as fully human-written copy. If it doesn’t pass, it doesn’t ship.
Code: The Site’s codebase was built with AI-assisted development tools, directed by a human. Where AI tools contributed to the code:
- A human directed all AI-assisted development
- AI-generated code was reviewed before being committed
- Final architecture and structural decisions were made by a human
AI-generated code carries the same technical and security review requirements as human-written code. The origin of the code does not reduce our responsibility for it.
Our digital products: The products sold through the Site were built with the same AI-assisted, human-reviewed process. AI accelerated their construction; a human at B&A directed the design, verified the content, and takes responsibility for the result.
What this means for you: The content you read on the Site reflects B&A’s actual positions, recommendations, and analysis. AI accelerated the writing; it did not determine the thinking. If you believe any content is inaccurate or misrepresents our work, tell us.
What AI Does Not Do at B&A
- AI does not make final decisions about clients or users. Consequential decisions — who we work with, what we recommend, how we respond to a concern — involve a human.
- AI does not generate content that goes out without review. Every AI-assisted output is reviewed before it reaches you.
- AI does not access your personal data beyond what is necessary. See our Privacy Policy and Sub-processor Disclosure for specifics.
- AI output is not professional advice. Nothing generated by AI in any B&A product constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice unless explicitly stated and provided by a qualified human professional.
How to Flag a Concern
If you believe AI-generated content on any B&A product is inaccurate, inappropriate, biased, or otherwise problematic:

Include a description of the content and where you encountered it. We review all reports and respond within 3 business days.
